The Wild Apollo Guarantee
Fragrance is personal, and you can't smell it through a screen. So we take the risk out of trying us. Every order is covered, and you never have to ship anything back.
Discovery Set: 15 days
- Love it or it's on us. Try the colognes. If they aren't the right fit, let us know within 15 days of delivery.
- No return necessary. Keep the samples, pass them along to a friend, or dispose of them as you see fit.
- Easy refunds. Email marc@wildapollo.com with your order number and we'll refund you in full to your original payment method.
Full-size 50ml bottles: 30 days
- Wear it properly first. A scent takes time to get to know, so you have 30 days from delivery to decide.
- No return necessary, even if it's empty. Use as much as you like. If it isn't right for you, keep the bottle.
- Easy refunds. Email marc@wildapollo.com with your order number and we'll refund you in full.
How it works
- Both windows run from the date your order is purchases.
- Refunds go to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
- If you bought more than one bottle in a single order and only one isn't right, email us and we'll sort it out.
- Damaged or incorrect items are replaced at no cost, regardless of the windows above. Just send a photo.
